Pakistan dam burst deaths hit 35

BBC

"Pakistan's meteorological department chief, Qamar-uz-Zaman Chaudhry, told AP that some parts of the country had received the heaviest rain and snow in seven years."

Murree Christian School has had four to five feet of snow on the ground for the past few weeks and it is still snowing. The children are still attending classes during the winter instead of going home to warmer parts of the country due to security concerns of having school in the summer.

The schools cost of heating and surviving the winter is at a 50 year high and moral is low as both students and teachers have missed the most recent long weekend break that was canceled due to the snow.
